Do\u011fru besin e\u015fle\u015fmeleri, vitamin ve minerallerin emilimini art\u0131rarak v\u00fccudun bu de\u011ferlerden maksimum d\u00fczeyde yararlanmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yor.
